People with severe allergies to legumes (e.g. peanuts) should be careful when consuming pea protein, as they may develop an allergy to peas. The product does not contain peanuts or other nuts.
Thaw in the refrigerator before use and consume within 3 days. Preparation methods: Fry in a pan or grill for 3.5-4 minutes, turning each time. The patty is fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 74 °C. Do not reheat the product a second time once it has cooled. Storage temperature -18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
