Loyalty program rules

  • Logging in to the program

    To participate in the loyalty program, you need to create an account in our store.


    For creating an account, the customer is automatically awarded 100 points .

  • Accumulation of points

    For each order with an amount of €10.00 or more, the customer receives 1 point .


    Points are awarded only for successfully completed orders.


    Points are not earned for canceled or returned orders.

  • Exchange points for discounts

    After collecting 1500 points , you will receive a 10% discount on your purchase.


    Discount is applied at checkout.


    Points are not exchangeable for money.

  • Additional terms and conditions

    Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded.


    The loyalty program is valid only for registered customers.


    The store reserves the right to change the terms of the program, informing customers in advance on the website.
