Ingredients: salt, galangal, lemongrass, sugar, fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil, aroma and flavor enhancer E621, lemon peel, shallots, coriander roots, chili peppers, acidity regulator E330. Preparation: boil 500 ml of coconut MILK. Add 500 g of chicken breast and spice paste from the packet. Simmer until the meat is cooked. Add 500 ml of water and leave to simmer for a while. Add another 250 ml of coconut MILK and cook over low heat. Season with fish sauce and lemon juice. Sample presentation on the label. Store in a dry place.
