Ingredients: tomato paste, SOYBEAN oil, onions, salt, sugar, ground coriander, red chili pepper, garlic, vinegar, ginger, herbs and spices, cayenne pepper, pepper, acidity regulator citric acid. Instructions for use: For 4 servings: 1 packet of pasta, 3 tablespoons of melted BUTTER, 1 onion, finely chopped, 110 ml of tomato puree or chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned), 110 ml of water, 110 ml of cream or yogurt (reserve 1 tablespoon for the end), 450 g of fried or fresh chicken fillet in pieces. Fry the onion with butter over medium heat for 3 minutes; stir in the tomato puree, water, cream and packet of pasta; add the meat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the meat is cooked. At the end, season with a tablespoon of cream or yogurt. Sprinkle with coriander (optional). Serve hot. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Consume soon after opening.
