Ingredients: garlic, shallots, vegetable oils (palm, soybean), spices (coriander, ginger, cumin, mustard seeds, fenugreek, turmeric), salt, lemongrass, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), chili pepper, galangal. May contain traces of fish and shellfish.
Directions: Mix 240 ml of coconut drink with sugar paste and heat. Add 250 g of chopped beef or chicken and simmer until tender. Add 240 ml of water and wait for it to boil. Then add potatoes and onions, continue to simmer until the vegetables are soft. Season with fish sauce. Serve with boiled rice.
