DESCRIPTION
◾Used in the food industry – in the production of milk, beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, etc., for acid washing.
◾Suitable for washing limescale, milk and beer stones, and removing rust and protein contaminants.
◾Suitable for washing tanks, pipelines, pasteurizers, equipment, building heating systems, heat exchangers, boiler pipelines, separators.
◾Suitable for cleaning surfaces: steel, stainless steel, chrome-nickel steel, acid-resistant plastics, acid-resistant rubber gaskets, ceramic acid-resistant tiles, glass, aluminum.
◾Not suitable for cleaning surfaces: carbon steel, zinc, tin, copper.
◾Removes inorganic impurities.
◾Oxidizes organic impurities.
USE
◾Prophylactic washing of food industry circulation systems - 0.5–2.0%, 50–60°C, exposure time 5–30 min.
◾Washing of heating systems - 10%, 50–60°C, exposure time up to 12 hours.
◾Cleaning limescale from surfaces - 5.0–15.0%, 20-25°C, exposure time depends on the thickness of the limescale.
After using DECALCITE, rinse the surface with water.
